On The Brighter Side's objective is to provide a community for special needs adults that includes a day program offering education, job coaching, and socialization opportunities.  In the future, we hope to be able to offer a live-in community in Ellis County, providing a safe environment with experienced staff to provide the care necessary for these wonderful individuals!  

We seek to provide inclusive housing, essential services, enrichment programs, and employment opportunities that foster independence, dignity, and community integration.  In short, our mission is to build a brighter future by addressing the urgent need for comprehensive care and life-enhancing opportunities for people with disabilities.
