On The Brighter Side of Texas is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization with the goal of providing both day programs, and live-in opportunities for special needs adults here in Ellis County. 

Starting in the spring of 2025, a small group of concerned individuals, some with special needs children of their own, decided to take it upon themselves to create a non-profit organization that would benefit the long-term needs of these precious individuals at an affordable cost. 

While the task may be daunting, the vision is great!  With a combination of private donations, grants, and some governmental assistance, we believe we will see our vision become a reality for the residents of Ellis County.  We would welcome your support in this endeavor!
