Please plan to attend On The Brighter Side’s Ribbon Cutting event hosted by the Waxahachie Chamber of Commerce on the steps of the Ellis County Courthouse. Following the ceremony, there will be a social dinner at Celebrity Cafe from 5:30 PM - 7 PM.
